How to cook a delicious and satisfying salad with beans and mushrooms

Salad of beans and champignons will suit, perhaps,to any table - festive and everyday. This salad is rich and very tasty. And it is prepared quite simply and quickly, does not require long cooking.

To prepare a salad of beans and mushrooms, we will need the following products:

  • red beans, better preserved in their own juice (two hundred grams);
  • champignons - fresh or canned (two hundred grams);
  • ham meat (two hundred grams);
  • carrots (two pieces);
  • onions (two pieces)
  • greens of dill and parsley;
  • garlic at will (one clove);
  • mayonnaise and salt to taste.

These proportions of lettuce with beans and champignons are given for six servings. Accordingly, for the preparation of twelve salad portions, the amount to be presented must be multiplied by two.

So, it remains to prepare all the necessary products, and proceed directly to the preparation of the salad.

In a salad with beans and champignons is bestput the red beans. You can, of course, take raw beans and boil it yourself, but it's better to buy a can of ready-made canned food. In the latter case, even beans in tomato, but in the salad with beans and champignons should be put only beans, and the liquid contents of the jar for salad preparation will not work.

Recipes of salads with champignons mushrooms, likethe rule presupposes the use of both fresh and canned mushrooms for the preparation of a similar salad. In any case, the mushrooms need to be fried, and do it better in olive oil. At the same time fresh mushrooms must be fried until ready, and canned - only slightly. Then the champignons are cut into slices and combined with the beans.

Now take the carrots and onions. Without them, the salad would not have such a pleasant aroma and color, they are, kinda, a highlight in the salad with beans and mushrooms. But for this they need to be properly prepared. Vegetables are well washed, then they need to be cleaned. We rub the carrots on a large grater, and cut the onions into half rings. By the way, you can use not only classic white onions, but also red, which also has a positive effect on the appearance of the salad. Although, of course, this does not affect the final taste of the product. Next, we take a cast-iron frying pan (it is not important, but it is better to take just cast iron, if it is available), pour sunflower oil and put it on the fire. After a minute, grate the carrots and cut the onion into a pan and cover with a lid. Thus, vegetables should not be fried, but must be passaged. As soon as they become soft, onions and carrots also go to the beans and mushrooms.

So the turn came to the ham. Certainly, ham for a salad with beans and mushrooms should only take the most delicious, and not from those that are cheaper. Otherwise, you can spoil the taste of the dish. And certainly not suitable for such a thing is chicken ham, only meat. Ham should not contain lumps. Cut the product into small pieces and add the ham to the salad.

Our salad is almost ready. Now it's up to little - put the harvested greens of dill and parsley, salt and season with mayonnaise. If desired, you can crumble into the salad one clove of garlic, and even pepper it.

Even more satisfying this salad can be made,adding to it a few pre-boiled hard-boiled and finely chopped eggs. As an alternative, in the absence of a meat ham, a chicken, and, preferably, a smoked chicken leg can also come up. As a result, it will no longer be the original salad presented with beans and champignons, it will taste quite different. But this option is also very tasty and nutritious.
