In cold, frosty winter days we always look forsomething warm, juicy, warming: a variety of meat dishes, chic pastries or other dishes. All this often turns out to be too high-calorie and has a terrible property of being overweight on our beautiful body. But winter is passing, and a warm breeze, sun-warmed earth and light food gradually enter our life. As it is impossible by the way here there will be fast and tasty salads: various, satisfying or absolutely easy, warm or cold, with dressing or without - all of them deserve special attention to themselves.
For example, now warm salads come into fashion again, which not only "stuff" the stomach, but also create a pleasant feeling of satisfaction.
One such is a warm beetroot salad withpine nuts. To make it, you will need: 2 medium sized beets, 100 grams of feta cheese, 6 pieces of small cherry, 2 teaspoons of grated ginger root and 1 teaspoon of balsamic sauce. Dressing this salad with olive oil (a couple of tablespoons). To taste, salt, black ground pepper and a handful of pine nuts are added. We must admit that the highlight of this masterpiece is ginger and pine nuts - the combination of flavors causes a real storm of positive emotions!
To get a special warm salad, beautiful and tasty, it can add meat - chicken or turkey fillet.
An original recipe for you can be a saladstir-fry (in translation - "stir-fry"). For its preparation you will need meat and vegetables (mushrooms, sweet peppers) in marinade from soy sauce, garlic and vinegar. All components need to be fried. After cooking the main ingredients (meat and vegetables), sprinkle them with sesame seeds and fry for a few more minutes. Then put on lettuce leaves and serve, sprinkled with green onions.
Fast and tasty salads are obtained from vegetables andbrynza (its unique taste adds a special piquancy even to the simplest salads). For example, you can take the following ingredients for salads: cheese, Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, sour cream and garlic. Note that in these salads, you can safely add cauliflower (but in the beginning, it should certainly be boiled).
